Zoe Hudd

Zoe Hudd is a trainee solicitor based at our Margate office and a member of our commercial property team.

Zoe began her training contract, referred to by the Solicitors Regulation Authority as Qualifying Work Experience, in January 2026. She joined Boys & Maughan in 2024 after completing her law degree at the University of Reading.

Before moving into the commercial property team, where she now works alongside Mikayla Hamilton and Emily Stone, Zoe specialised in residential property. This background gives her a well-rounded understanding of property transactions from both an individual and commercial perspective, which she brings to her current role advising on a range of commercial property matters.

Zoe is known for her clear, client-friendly approach and her ability to explain legal issues in plain English. She places particular importance on being responsive and accessible, ensuring that clients feel supported and well informed at every stage of their matter.

Outside the office, Zoe has recently purchased her first property and is enjoying taking on a variety of do-it-yourself projects, gaining first-hand insight into the practical realities faced by many property owners.
