Fred Maltby

Fred qualified as a solicitor in 2020 and is a full member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners, having attained the STEP Diploma with distinction.

Fred joined our Canterbury, Castle Street office in January 2024 and handles a varied caseload, including wills, lasting powers of attorney, estate administration, trusts and Court of Protection deputyship applications. He regularly advises individuals and families on succession planning and asset protection, offering clear and practical guidance at what can often be a sensitive and emotional time.
