In 2023, the original Wills held by Daniel & Edwards Solicitors were transferred for safekeeping to Boys & Maughan Solicitors. These Wills were received before the subsequent intervention by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

It is important to note that we only hold the original Wills. Other documents that may have been prepared at the same time, such as Lasting Powers of Attorney, were not transferred to us and are not held by Boys & Maughan Solicitors.
