Toni Armstrong

Toni Armstrong is a Paralegal based at our Ramsgate office and joined Boys & Maughan in 2022. She works closely with Elliot Aish and Samantha Saunders, supporting clients through a wide range of residential property transactions.

Having begun her career in a solicitors' firm in 1978, Toni brings decades of legal experience to her role. Over the years she has worked in criminal law, family law, probate and child care before specialising in residential property. Having seen just about every situation legal practice can present, she brings a calm, practical approach to helping clients navigate what can often be one of life's most significant milestones.

Originally from London, Toni has lived on the Isle of Thanet since 1999 and has a strong connection to the local area. She understands the communities she serves and enjoys helping clients move within, to and from the area. Her local knowledge, combined with her extensive legal experience, enables her to provide practical guidance at every stage of the conveyancing process.

Known for her bubbly personality, efficiency and approachable manner, Toni believes that good communication is at the heart of excellent client service. While email has its place, she is a firm believer that many questions are best answered with a friendly telephone call, helping to resolve issues quickly and keep transactions moving. Toni is particularly attentive to first-time buyers, taking the time to explain the process clearly, and is passionate about treating every client as an individual with their own priorities and concerns.

Outside work, Toni enjoys spending time with her family, dining out and attending 70s and 80s music weekends at Butlin's. She also enjoys walking her dog along the coastline in her home town of Broadstairs.
