Simon qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2003. You can call Simon on 01843 269303.

He has 30 years of litigation experience having worked previously for Godfrey Davies & Waitt and Robinson & Allfree, assisting partners in those firms with cases and gaining valuable experience over a wide range of civil disputes and litigation.

He joined Boys & Maughan in 1995. For the past 20 years he has specialised in Personal Injury Law.

Simon is an accomplished classical guitarist and a self-taught pianist.

Outside of work, he has a passion for music and a deep interest in modern music recording technology. Over previous years he has released internationally four solo albums of instrumental relaxation and therapy music as well as taking part in collaborative projects with various New Age music artists including Medwyn Goodall, Aroshanti (Nick Truch) and Terry Oldfield (Mike’s brother).

Simon is also a keen church bell-ringer and regularly takes part in ringing sessions at a number of churches across Thanet. He is an elected member of the Kent County Association of Change Ringers.

When he is not at work, in the studio or in a church he enjoys country and coastal walks with his wife.
