Samantha Saunders

Samantha Saunders is a Paralegal in our Residential Property team, based at our Ramsgate office.

Samantha joined Boys & Maughan in 2020 and has specialised in residential property since 2021, supporting clients through the conveyancing process with a calm, organised and approachable manner. Samantha works closely with Toni Armstrong and Elliot Aish, helping to ensure matters progress efficiently from instruction through to completion.

Having lived in the Ramsgate area all her life, Samantha has an excellent knowledge of the local property market and surrounding communities, which is invaluable when assisting clients buying and selling homes across East Kent.

Known for being outgoing, friendly and hardworking, Samantha remains calm under pressure, taking a methodical approach and focusing on the task at hand. She understands that moving home can be both exciting and stressful and is committed to providing a responsive, supportive service throughout every transaction.

Outside work, Samantha is a keen bird watcher and enjoys exploring the local countryside and coastline in search of wildlife.
