Laura Pidduck is a Graduate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (an “Advanced Paralegal”) who specialises in family work and is training to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive.

Laura can assist with:

  • Cases where parents are involved with social services (Pre-Proceedings Meetings, Child Protection and Child In Need);
  • Public Law Proceedings (Care Proceedings);
  • Private Law Children Work (Contact and Residence disputes, Prohibitive Steps and Specific Issue applications); and
  • Domestic abuse injunctions

Laura is known for handling cases with sensitivity and putting her clients at ease during difficult situations. Laura is particularly adept at summarising complex information, analysing details and appreciating differing perspectives.

Laura enjoys literature for pleasure and regularly goes to the theatre. Laura recently completed her ambition of seeing all 38 of Shakespeare’s plays performed on the stage. Laura also co-runs a society for women in the legal profession, Women in Law Kent.
