Liliana Robinson

Liliana Robinson is a solicitor in the residential property team based at our Birchington office.

Having qualified as a solicitor in October 2012, Liliana has more than 13 years of legal experience, including three years focusing exclusively on residential property matters. During this time, Liliana has advised a wide range of clients, developing a strong understanding of the property market and the legal issues that can arise throughout the process. Before joining Boys & Maughan, Liliana worked as a consultant solicitor, acting for a broad range of clients, including property investors, buy-to-let landlords and companies purchasing and managing residential portfolios. Liliana also has experience acting on lender-only instructions, giving her a valuable understanding of the requirements of both borrowers and mortgage lenders.

Liliana is fluent in Portuguese and also has a good understanding of Spanish, enabling her to assist a wider range of clients.

Away from the office, Liliana enjoys spending time with her family, visiting the Kent coastline and making the most of life by the sea. She is also a keen plant enthusiast and animal lover and can often be found tending to her growing collection of houseplants.
