  • Special guardianship order applications, including acting for relatives
  • Placement order and adoption order applications, and
  • Applying to discharge care orders or special guardianship orders where there is a substantial change in circumstances.

Kirsty attained her LLB and Masters of Law at the University of Kent, specialising in medical ethics and law. Kirsty is due to qualify in September 2025, following the SQE (Solicitors Qualifying Examination) approach to qualification.

Away from the office, Kirsty’s family is her main focus, and she can often be seen on the side of a football pitch supporting her son who plays for a local team. Kirsty also enjoys the myriad of health and lifestyle benefits of living on the coast.
