Karen Cross

Karen Cross is a Paralegal based at our Ramsgate office and has worked in residential conveyancing since 1985. With decades of experience supporting property transactions, she plays an important role in ensuring matters progress smoothly through to completion.

Karen is responsible for all post-exchange and completion work for the Ramsgate Residential Property team. Her meticulous approach, organisation and attention to detail help ensure transactions are completed efficiently, giving clients confidence that every aspect of the final stages of their move is handled with care.

Colleagues value Karen's knowledge and experience, while clients appreciate her dependable and supportive approach. Having spent many years working in residential conveyancing, she understands how important clear communication and careful administration are in helping transactions reach a successful conclusion.

Outside work, Karen is an active member of the Scout Association. She is the Group Lead Volunteer for her Scout Group in Broadstairs, leads her Cub Pack and is also part of the District Team, helping to deliver a varied and enjoyable programme of activities for young people aged between 4 and 18. Her commitment to volunteering reflects the same sense of responsibility, teamwork and community spirit that she brings to her role at Boys & Maughan.
