Ihcene Khalfi is a Trainee Solicitor based at our Castle Street, Canterbury office. She specialises in dispute resolution and is a member of our litigation team.

Ihcene is known for her clear, client-friendly approach, ensuring that clients receive straightforward advice in plain English. She takes pride in her responsiveness and commitment to keeping clients fully informed throughout their legal matters.

As part of her training, Ihcene has recently taken on her own caseload and supports senior fee earners with complex cases that have proceeded to court. Her experience includes:

• Preparing for trials, mediations, and early neutral evaluations
• Managing cases involving neighbour disputes and adverse possession
• Assisting with inheritance and debt-related cases.

Prior to joining the litigation team, Ihcene worked in our residential property department, where she successfully managed her own caseload.

Alongside her work, Ihcene is also a part-time student, and known with Boys & Maughan for being driven and passionate about her career.

In her spare time, Ihcene enjoys exploring East Kent, discovering the best places to visit, eat, and socialise with friends and family. She is also passionate about travel, learning new languages, fashion, films, and books.
