Gemma Penders

Gemma was born and raised in Kent before studying law at Bournemouth University and Canterbury Christ Church University. Following graduation, she spent several years working in leasehold enfranchisement before deciding to build her career in residential conveyancing.

With around eight years of conveyancing experience, Gemma has developed a strong understanding of the property transaction process and enjoys helping clients navigate what can often be one of life's most significant milestones. She is currently studying to qualify as a Licensed Conveyancer, further strengthening her knowledge and expertise within the sector.

Gemma assists clients with a wide range of residential property matters and is committed to providing a professional, approachable and efficient service. She understands that buying or selling a property can be both exciting and stressful, and takes pride in keeping clients informed, responding promptly to queries and helping transactions progress as smoothly as possible.

Clients appreciate Gemma's friendly manner, attention to detail and practical approach. She is passionate about delivering excellent client care and ensuring that clients feel supported throughout every stage of their property transaction.

Outside of work, Gemma enjoys spending time with her family, making new memories with her children and making the most of the outdoors, particularly along the Kent coastline.
