Georgina Lee-Hougham is a Paralegal based at Boys & Maughan's St George's Place office in Canterbury. She joined the firm in 2023 and has specialised in residential and commercial property since 2021. Georgina graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of West London in 2017 before completing the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in 2019.

Working alongside Stephanie Power and Kirsten Hunt, Georgina supports clients and colleagues across a broad range of property matters. Her role includes preparing transactions for completion, drafting legal documents and helping to keep matters progressing smoothly. Whether updating clients, liaising with other parties or following up outstanding issues, she takes a proactive approach to moving transactions forward as efficiently as possible.

Clients value Georgina's approachable manner and her commitment to providing clear, helpful communication throughout the conveyancing process. She understands that every transaction is important and is always happy to pick up the telephone when a conversation is the quickest and most effective way to resolve a query or provide reassurance. Her thorough approach and attention to detail help ensure clients remain informed at every stage.

Having lived in Herne Bay all her life, Georgina has an excellent knowledge of Canterbury and the surrounding area. This local understanding complements her work and helps her appreciate the communities in which many of her clients are buying, selling and investing.

Outside work, Georgina enjoys discovering new places through travel, both across England and overseas. Many of her trips are inspired by history, reflecting her interest in exploring historic towns, landmarks and cultural sites. She also enjoys reading and spending time in independent coffee shops with a good book.
