Claire Davis

Claire Davis is a Paralegal in our Margate residential property team, having joined Boys & Maughan Solicitors in 2021. She first began working in conveyancing in 2008 and brings a wealth of practical experience to her role.

Claire works closely alongside and supports Anna Leach, assisting with a wide range of conveyancing matters to help keep transactions progressing smoothly and efficiently.

Claire plays an important role in supporting clients through the conveyancing process, helping to ensure that key stages are handled promptly and that communication remains clear throughout. She is experienced in assisting with sales, purchases, and related property transactions, providing practical support behind the scenes as well as direct assistance to clients when needed.

Working as part of a busy and well-established team, Claire is known for her organised and reliable approach, helping to maintain momentum on files and support clients during what can often be a complex and time-sensitive process.
