Ash Hodgson-Simmons is a qualified Licensed Conveyancer based in Canterbury, with a strong academic foundation in English and French Law from the University of Kent.

Ash began his legal career in several well-regarded London firms, where he gained extensive experience across a broad spectrum of residential property matters. He qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2020 and has since returned to Canterbury to continue his practice.

Ash acts for a diverse range of clients, including individuals, businesses, and overseas investors. His work encompasses all aspects of residential conveyancing, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Lease extensions and deeds of variation
  • New builds, off-plan purchases, and plot sales

Outside of the office, Ash enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and two dogs exploring the Kent countryside. He also has a passion for travel and live music.
