Boys & Maughan boosts residential property team with three promotions

Boys & Maughan has promoted experienced legal assistants Keeley Allen, Emily Luff and Orla Priston to the role of paralegal.

As paralegals, Keeley, Emily and Orla are now advancing to the stage where they will independently assist their own clients.

Keeley’s conveyancing career began in 2019, Emily joined the firm in 2022 and Orla, who intends to qualify as a solicitor, joined Boys & Maughan after graduating from the University of Kent Law School in 2022.

Richard Durrant is a partner based at Boys & Maughan’s Margate office and leads our firm’s residential property team. Richard explained:

“It has always been our policy to actively seek opportunities to promote from within and we have a long history of staff rising through the ranks. Keeley, Emily and Orla are excellent examples of this approach bringing dividends. They have demonstrated high levels of competency and the partnership is delighted to give them their next step up the career ladder. I am confident that all three will make a significant impact in their new roles.”
