Based at our office in St George’s Place, Canterbury, Tyler Greenland is a commercial property trainee solicitor who helps businesses buy, sell, lease and develop all types of land and buildings including offices, development sites, industrial and retail.

Tyler works collaboratively to achieve deadlines and will seek to become your trusted advisor.

Tyler can assist with:

• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial leases and assignments, acting for landlords and tenants
• Licence agreements for alterations to occupy a premises, etc.
• Business purchase and sales as a going concern
• Secured lending
• Title alterations or rectifications, and
• Buying or selling property at auction.

Tyler attained his law degree at Swansea University and completed his LPC at the University of Law in London. He was awarded his Boys & Maughan training contract in September 2023 and is due to qualify in March 2025.

Outside work Tyler plays rugby semi-professionally for Canterbury RFC in the English National Leagues.
