Kathleen Gray

Senior Solicitor

Kathleen Gray is a friendly, empathetic and approachable private client solicitor who adopts a professional and clear approach when dealing with complex matters for her clients.

Kathleen specialises in a variety of matters including:

  • Wills
  • Grant of Probate
  • Declaration of Trusts
  • Estate Administration
  • Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA’s) and
  • Court of Protection work including Deputy applications.

Kathleen qualified as a solicitor in March 2017 and has over 12 years’ professional experience of working for a broad range of legal organisations including Kent Police, Shelter Legal Services and the Bar Standards Board’s Professional Conduct Department.

Kathleen completed her undergraduate degree in Forensic Science and Criminology, so naturally has a keen eye for detail. She often uses her analytical skills, which were honed through her chosen area of study, for problem solving.

Kathleen explains what a court appointed deputy does, changes to the application process introduced in 2023, why you would seek an order and some of the procedures involved in this 60 second article.

Travelling and embarking on various professional positions provided Kathleen with plentiful experiences before she completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course.

Outside of work Kathleen enjoys live music, skiing and experiencing the world through travel. She has also developed an interest in the art of taxidermy.
