Kirsten Hunt

Kirsten Hunt is part of our Commercial Property team, advising a broad spectrum of clients including developers, landowners, lenders, borrowers, and both commercial landlords and tenants. She combines a meticulous eye for detail with a pragmatic, commercially minded approach to deliver clear, effective solutions.

Kirsten’s areas of specialism include:

• Leasehold and freehold transactions
• Business sales and acquisitions
• Portfolio management
• Site acquisitions and development
• Secured lending
• Landlord and tenant matters, and
• Commercial leases.

Kirsten is an Associate Member of CILEx and is currently completing her final legal qualification. She joined Boys & Maughan in September 2023, bringing with her seven years of specialist experience in portfolio management, residential development site acquisitions, refinancing, site set-up, secured lending, and onward sales of development plots.

Outside the office, Kirsten is a keen cyclist and enjoys long walks with her Weimaraner. She also takes part in clay shooting and loves spending time with family and friends.
