Kirsten Hunt works in the Commercial Property department and acts for a wide range of commercial and individual clients including lenders and borrowers, developers and landowners, commercial landlords and tenants; bringing a detailed but pragmatic and commercial approach to all matters.

Kirsten is a CILEx associate and is working towards her final legal professional qualification. She joined Boys and Maughan in September 2023 with 7 years’ experience specialising in portfolio management, residential development site acquisitions, refinancing, site set up, secured lending and the subsequent and onward development plot sales.

Outside of work Kirsten is a keen cyclist and can be generally found cycling or walking with her Weimaraner. Kirsten also enjoys clay shooting and socialising with her family and friends.
