Jake Eldridge is a property lawyer based at our Canterbury St George's Place office.
Having graduated over five years ago, he has enjoyed a successful career dealing with a number of legal areas before focusing on residential conveyancing matters.

- New build sale and purchase
- Purchase and sale of land for development
- Transfer of part
- Adverse possession
- Re-mortgages, and
- Transfers of equity.
Jake joined our team in 2018 having spent many years dealing with residential conveyancing transactions in and around London for a large, reputable solicitors firm.
Outside of the office Jake enjoys spending his time with his flat coat retriever, Avery. Jake’s rugby career peaked with an unsuccessful try out for the Harlequins, resulting in his retirement from the sport.
