Dawn has wide-ranging experience of local private practice and has worked in-house at a Kent local authority serving public sector clients. Her background is therefore quite diverse and she brings hands-on experience of how the public sector and other local firms operate, which could be of benefit to your transaction.
Dawn’s legal career commenced in 2002 when she was appointed as a legal secretary specialising in residential property for a local high street firm. Dawn then went on to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2009 and requalified as a solicitor in 2016. Dawn became a Partner at Boys & Maughan on 1 April 2021.
Outside work Dawn’s pastimes include walking her three dogs, reading classics, studying mythology and attending lectures on a wide range of topics.
Dawn also volunteers as an Official Prison Visitor (OPV). OPVs are ordinary members of the public who offer confidential friendship and commitment to prisoners whilst they are in prison.
