Boys & Maughan makes the ESTAS shortlist for third consecutive year
We are delighted to announce that we have once again been recognised for our outstanding customer service to clients by the largest award scheme in the UK residential property industry.
The ESTAS Group, which highlights the best firms for customer service involved in the home moving process, has revealed its shortlist for their 2018 Conveyancer Awards which will be presented by TV property expert Phil Spencer.
Last year Boys & Maughan won no fewer than five county, regional and national trophies. This year we have been shortlisted in the same three categories as 2017:
- The People Awards – Elizabeth Thomson at our Canterbury St George’s Place office, pictured centre with her team, is one of just eight people in the country to be shortlisted
- Best Regional Office – Birchington, Broadstairs, Canterbury, Margate and Ramsgate
- National Category Best Local Conveyancer Group (firms with 2-5 branches).
Conveyancing Partner Richard Durrant said: “Across our firm we aim to provide the best possible service to all of our clients, so we are absolutely delighted with the high scores they consistently gave us in the ESTAS independent survey.”
The ESTAS Conveyancer Awards are the only industry awards where the winners are selected purely on customer feedback.
Richard added, “Last year’s trophies are a fantastic reflection on our conveyancing team. To be named the best firm of our size in the country and have one of the top three conveyancers in our ranks, along with the other awards, was an amazing achievement. It would be wonderful if we are similarly successful this year.”

The awards, which will be held in the ballroom at the prestigious Grosvenor House Hotel in Mayfair London on Friday 19 October, are sponsored by SearchFlow and backed by the Conveyancing Association and The Society of Licensed Conveyancers.
