Richard is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives specialising in Residential Conveyancing.  He joined Boys & Maughan in 2006 becoming a partner in 2009.  He has been involved in conveyancing since 2000, having previously worked in estate agency for 10 years.

As a Margate property lawyer he specifically handles:

• Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases.
• Remortgages.
• Transfers of equity.
• Preparing Declarations of Trust for Tenants in Common.
• Purchases of land by developers and builders.

Outside of the office Richard coaches youth cricket and is a keen, if not entirely successful, golfer.
