Robert joined Boys & Maughan upon admission in 1984 and became a partner in 1987. He is a member of the firm's senior management team.

His specialisms lie in commercial and residential property, where he has 25 years experience, especially in:

• High value Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases.
• Sales and purchases of land by developers and builders.

• Sales and purchases of businesses as going concerns including public houses and residential care homes.

A Margate property solicitor by day, outside of the office Robert is an active golfer, cricketer and squash player.
