Mary-Joyce was admitted as a solicitor in 2006 and joined Boys & Maughan in the same year.  She became a partner in 2010.

Her specialism is in Family Law, particularly representing women and children who are suffering domestic abuse, where she advises on:

• Divorce and separation matters.
• Domestic violence and abuse.
• Financial issues between unmarried couples.
• Arrangements for children.
• Ancillary relief - resolving financial issues between divorcing parties.

Aside from being a Margate divorce lawyer, in her spare time Mary-Joyce enjoys yoga and aerobics.
