Leah joined Boys & Maughan in 2005 having worked in the conveyancing field since 2002.

As a Ramsgate conveyancer she specialises in residential property, specifically:

• Freehold sales and purchases.
• Leasehold sales and purchases.
• Remortgages.
• Transfers of equity.
• Preparing Declarations of Trust for Tenants in Common.

Leah is a keen equestrian and outside the office spends time caring for her two horses.
