Karen joined Boys & Maughan in 1993 and has worked in the conveyancing field since 1985.

She specialises in residential conveyancing, specifically:

• Freehold sales and purchases.
• Leasehold sales and purchases.
• Remortgages.
• Transfers of equity.
• Preparing Declarations of Trust for Tenants in Common.

Out of the Office Karen is an active member of the Scout Association and is the District Commissioner for Cub Scouting in Thanet as well as running her own Pack in Broadstairs.
