Jonathan joined Boys & Maughan in 1990, was admitted in 1998 and became a partner in 1999. He is head of the firm's Family Department, a member of the Law Society Family Law specialist accreditation scheme and a Resolution Accredited Specialist.

As a qualified mediator and a well-respected Kent divorce solicitor, with more than 20 years experience, Jonathan's expertise is in Family Law where he:

• Advises in all aspects of marriage / relationship breakdown.
• Has a particular specialism in financial issues and regularly advises higher net worth clients.
• Promotes a non-confrontational approach to family problems.
• Is a trained Collaborative Law practitioner.

Outside of the office and courtroom Jonathan is endeavouring, when family duties permit, to reduce his golf handicap.
