Senior Partner

Jonathan joined Boys and Maughan upon admission in 1971, became a partner in 1972 and has been the senior partner since 1991.

He is a member of the Law Society Personal Injury specialist accreditation scheme and a Senior Litigator member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).  He sits regularly as a Deputy District Judge and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, in which capacity he has conducted a number of complex commercial arbitrations.

As an experienced Thanet solicitor Jonathan has represented individuals in a wide range of personal injury claims including those involving serious and fatal accidents.

When not representing clients, Jonathan is a keen theatregoer and cyclist and more often than not cycles to and from the office.
