Colin joined Boys & Maughan in 1969 and became a partner upon his admission as a solicitor in 1974. He is a member of the firm's senior management team.

As an experienced Margate solicitor his specialisms lie in the Private Client field, especially:

• Wills, trusts and probate.
• Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• High value Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases.
• Sales and purchases of land by developers and builders.

He is a Trustee of the Michael Yoakley Charity where, amongst other duties, he advises the Charity on various legal issues.

If only time permitted, Colin would like to spend more time on the golf course.
