First To Embrace New Internet Technology
Boys & Maughan is the first South East law firm to embrace a brand new internet-based service giving you the power to create your own legal documents from the comfort of your office or home and at your own pace.
There is even a try-before-you-buy option.
The fixed price service, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, is easy to use allowing you to draft your own document at your own speed meaning that you are always in control of your own document. The range of more than 150 interactive documents available includes wills, family matters, powers of attorney, contracts and legal letters for both individuals and businesses.
It’s also faster, since more often than not, no appointments are necessary.
For a fixed price, each interactive document is subject to a full legal review by one of the firm’s solicitors. They evaluate the document draft that you initially supply, then contact you with any further questions they may have in order to amend and finalise it for your own personal circumstances. The final document is then uploaded to your personal secure section of the website for you to download and use.
On pressing the button to make the system live, Senior Partner at Boys & Maughan, Jonathan Austin [pictured] said “Modern society is fast viewing web-based services as the norm and many of us use the latest digital technology on a daily basis to purchase books from Amazon and download iTunes. Various legal documents lend themselves to adaptation and delivery by the internet and we are delighted to embrace this new technology to benefit our clients.”
Richard Cohen, Solicitor and Joint CEO of Epoq comments; “DirectLaw from Epoq has spearheaded a new era of legal service accessibility and affordability. We are delighted that Boys & Maughan have chosen to implement our online solution, believing it will help them satisfy client demand for convenience as well as demonstrate the firm’s commitment to excellence in legal service delivery”.
