Boys & Maughan Solicitors has been reacreditted with the Investor in People (IiP) Standard until 2011, the only quality standard which focuses on people.

It means the law firm, which employs over 75 staff and has offices in Margate, Birchington, Broadstairs and Ramsgate can now celebrate attaining 12 years of unbroken IiP status.

More than 38,000 organisations across the UK have the standard which aims to improve the way companies work by getting the most from their greatest asset – their people.

Andrew Baker, Boys & Maughan's Quality Partner, said the firm was “very proud” of its continued IiP accreditation, adding that "by developing and putting in place a few well thought-out processes and procedures, we are able to manage performance and communicate effectively for the benefit of everyone concerned."
