HIPs Suspended
The requirement to have a Home Information Pack or HIP in place before marketing a property for sale ceased from 00.01am on 21 May.
There is still a requirement to have an Energy Performance Certificate or EPC, however under the new rules this only needs to be commissioned before marketing can commence.
