Third Generation Lawyer Joins Boys & Maughan

We are delighted to welcome Tom Moulsdale to Boys & Maughan.
Tom is the third generation of the Moulsdale family to become a lawyer in the firm, following in the footsteps of his Grandfather, John and Uncle, Robert.
“I’m really looking forward to putting my theory in to practice” commented Tom, who graduated from Cambridge with a Master’s in Latin Literature before completing both his Postgraduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practising Certificate at the College of Law in Bloomsbury. “Like all trainees I will gain experience in a variety of legal disciplines and I’m really looking forward to getting started and fine-tuning my skills, initially in Wills, Trusts & Probate and Property Law.”
Much respected, John Moulsdale passed away in June 2008 aged 81, having joined Boys and Maughan in 1951. He spent 38 years with the firm before retiring as Senior Partner in 1989
Upon welcoming Tom to the firm Robert, who joined Boys & Maughan in 1984 becoming a partner in 1987, said “I am delighted that Tom has joined us. Hopefully he will also have a long and successful career with the firm, perhaps even reaching 100 years of Moulsdales at Boys & Maughan.”
Not only is he following in the family’s legal footsteps, like both his predecessors Tom is also a keen cricketer and golfer.
